Jayne Welcker is a Canadian author based in scenic Niagara Falls. 

As a teen, she devoured Mills and Boon Romance novels back when they were all clean—minimal blushing required!

Now she writes clean romance with tons of conflict, intense emotions and kisses that break through those carefully constructed fortresses. Some stories are contemporary, others inspired by medieval times, but always with a happily ever after and one heck of a ride to get there! 

Full disclosure: Jayne is Catholic. Which means that her characters go to Sunday mass,  pray (especially when things get desperate!), and find themselves at the occasional monastery in the middle of nowhere.
